Imperial is a historic gold mine and surrounding exploration property approximately five kilometres east-northeast of Excelsior and 30 kilometres southwest of Goldfield. Mammoth staked the intervening land and now explores Imperial as part of the wider contiguous Nevada district, but the property has distinct earn-in terms. The option requires a US$50,000 fee, annual advanced-royalty and claim payments and US$4 million of staged expenditure to earn 100%, after which the vendor retains a 3% NSR subject to a 1% buyback. Historical production and drilling are non-current and do not constitute a current JORC resource.
