Charaque is a wholly owned eight-claim, approximately 60-square-kilometre exploration project located 30 kilometres northeast of Picha in southern Peru. Barrick completed mapping, soil-data review, rock sampling, petrography and shallow test pitting before its earn-in agreement was terminated in November 2024. Mammoth has been compiling and validating the resulting data and reviewing Charaque's place in the portfolio. Historical artisanal workings and samples do not constitute a resource.
