Deer Trail covers about 6,500 hectares around the historic Deer Trail mine and Alunite Ridge in Piute County. MAG held an option to earn 100% by funding US$30 million of exploration and US$2 million of advance royalties by December 2028, subject to a retained 2% NSR; Pan American acquired that earn-in interest with MAG.
