MAG Silver Corp. was a Canadian primary silver producer through its 44% non-operating interest in the Fresnillo-operated Juanicipio mine in Mexico, together with the Larder and Deer Trail exploration projects. Pan American Silver acquired all MAG shares on September 4, 2025, after which MAG was delisted and ceased standalone public reporting; its former assets are now held by Pan American. Listing outcome: acquired by Pan American Silver Corp.
