The package unites the Silver City, Occidental-Brunswick and Comstock lode systems and includes the Lucerne and Dayton oxide gold-silver deposits plus the permitted American Flats heap-leach and Merrill-Crowe processing facility. Lucerne and Dayton carry historical S-K 1300 estimates that Mackay does not treat as current NI 43-101 mineral resources or reserves.
