MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. was acquired by Canuc Resources Corporation in May 2025 and its BMK shares were delisted. The successor entity is a wholly owned Canuc subsidiary holding the former SPJ property, now the East Sudbury Project, while the group also retains a 4% NSR on the separately owned Scadding gold-tailings reprocessing project.
