Until June 2025, Lumina Gold Corp. was a Canadian gold developer focused on the Cangrejos gold-copper project in Ecuador. CMOC acquired 100% of Cangrejos through its acquisition of Lumina, and the LUM shares were subsequently delisted. CMOC now advances the project through Odin Mining.
