Lucapa Diamond Company Limited is a privately controlled diamond producer and developer that was removed from the ASX Official List in August 2025. Through subsidiaries and joint ventures it retains a 40% interest in Angola's producing Lulo alluvial mine, a 39% interest in the associated kimberlite exploration venture, the 100%-owned Merlin diamond and base-metals project in Australia's Northern Territory, and an 80% interest in the Brooking lamproite exploration project.
