Bogdanka is an integrated underground hard-coal complex comprising the Bogdanka, Nadrybie and Stefanów mining fields. Its shafts, preparation infrastructure and departments are interdependent and the issuer treats all mine assets as one cash-generating unit. Four concessions cover the Bogdanka, K-3, Ostrów and K-6/K-7 deposits.
