The combined Highway Reward and Big Magpie project covers granted mining leases in the Mount Windsor Volcanic Belt south of Charters Towers. Highway Reward and Big Magpie have historical copper and gold production, but Loyal is currently drilling, validating legacy data and defining an unmined sulphide system; no current JORC mineral resource or restart study has been declared. Loyal acquired HCG, the holder of the option, in September 2025 and exercised that option in April 2026. The sale and purchase agreement was triggered, but transfer of the tenements and project assets to HCG remained subject to outstanding administrative and regulatory conditions at the scheme-booklet date.
