Gold Run comprises 75 unpatented claims covering approximately 516 hectares in Humboldt County, Nevada, plus the Black Diamond patented claim under a separate lease-and-purchase agreement. Lodestar may acquire 100% of the principal property through staged cash and milestone payments, subject to retained royalties.
