Lithium Corporation assigned the approximately 3,400-acre North Big Smoky property to Morella under the September 2025 deed, retaining a 3.5% NSR and a right of first refusal. Morella may buy half the royalty for US$2 million within five years. The latest filing says claim title and the amended four-million-share consideration remained outstanding after Morella shareholder approval on April 29, 2026.
