Lithium Corporation controls 13,092 acres of unconditionally granted Las Pilas claims containing at least three anomalous REE areas. Field exploration and an independent NI 43-101 report were underway in June 2026. Ridgestone may earn 100% under a related-party option, but the option formally takes effect only after report completion and regulatory acceptance; Lithium Corporation presently retains ownership and would retain a 2% NSR after earn-in.
