Lithium Corporation assigned the 3,833.64-acre southern and eastern Fish Lake Valley interest to Morella under the September 2025 deed and retained a 3.5% NSR plus a right of first refusal. Morella may buy half the royalty for US$3 million within five years. The latest filing says only a one-claim transfer test had occurred and the remaining title transfer and four million Morella shares were still pending after April 29, 2026 shareholder approval.
