Volney is a 351-acre patented private-land property in the northern Black Hills. Lion Rock has an unexercised option to acquire 100% from Tinton Partners and The Tinton Land, LLC. Fifteen holes totaling about 3,600 metres tested critical-mineral pegmatites and gold structures in 2025-2026, but no current mineral resource, reserve or economic study has been completed.
