Lion Rock Resources Inc., formerly King's Bay Resources Corp., is a Canadian explorer advancing the optioned Volney Property in South Dakota. Volney hosts separate lithium-tin-tantalum pegmatite and shear-hosted gold systems. Revell and Fleuron are retained as fully impaired inactive exploration properties. The same legal issuer changed its name and moved from KBG.H on NEX to ROAR on the TSX Venture Exchange in July 2022.
