Lac de Gras comprises leases NT-5269, NT-5263 and NT-5264 totaling 1,632.91 hectares southeast of the Diavik mine. Lion retains a 29.46% joint-venture interest and Peregrine holds 70.54% and operates the project. The asset was impaired to C$10,000 in 2017 because of inactivity but remains disclosed in current financial statements. A 4% gross overriding royalty on diamonds and 4% NSR on metals apply, with half purchasable for C$4 million. No mineral resource has been identified.
