Ambato-Arana comprises three renewable 40-year mining exploitation licences totaling 4,375 hectares near Andasibe. The project has four historically worked Tsaravoniany zones and five additional prospective zones. Small-scale historical operations produced about 18,000 tonnes of graphite oxide from 1998 to 2008 before suspension, and no current production exists. Lion owns the project through Khensani and Avana Industrial Minerals, with contingent vendor consideration triggered only after sustained annualized output of 5,000 tonnes. The company has secured the historical processing plant but its price remains undetermined, and no current resource or economic study supports the proposed restart.
