The integrated Yerington Copper Project combines the historical Yerington deposit and vat-leach tailings with the MacArthur, Gallagher and North Ridge open-pit areas in Lyon County. The 2025 PFS proposes phased open-pit mining, separate oxide and Nuton sulphide heap-leach facilities and SX-EW production of copper cathode. Singatse Peak Services presently owns the Yerington and MacArthur properties through Lion subsidiaries; Nuton may earn an initial 65% interest after completing its staged funding obligations and the parties forming the contemplated investment vehicle.
