Lindian, Carester SAS and Tetra Tech Coffey are advancing a definitive feasibility study for a proposed 8,000 tpa REO nameplate-capacity solvent extraction and oxide separation facility at Stepnogorsk. The facility is designed to accept product liquor solution from SARECO and compatible third-party mixed rare earth carbonate feed and to produce magnet-quality NdPr oxide and SEGH carbonate. The stated nameplate capacity is potential processing capacity, not a mineral production forecast.
