SARECO is a constructed hydrometallurgical facility in the Stepnogorsk industrial precinct with cracking, leaching and precipitation circuits. Lindian signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the facility and associated assets, replacing the contemplated 51:49 Lindian-RA joint venture, and plans to implement the ANSTO-validated sulphuric-acid route from Kangankunde concentrate to MREC. The agreement includes corporate-authorisation and lease conditions; unencumbered title and registration in Silkway Metals LLP trigger the first RA Group equity tranche.
