Harpy was acquired with Tassawini in October 2021 as a separate gold property holding four mining permits. Lighthouse owns 100% of the right, title and interest. Its carrying value was impaired with Tassawini in August 2024 because the company lacked exploration funding, but the current financial statements continue to disclose the property and do not report a disposal.
