Aurora NW comprises four medium-scale prospecting permits totaling 4,799 acres or 1,942 hectares, approximately three kilometres from Aurora mine concessions. Lighthouse paid US$100,000 and issued two million shares for a three-year option to earn 100%; no interest is currently earned. The vendor retains a tiered 1.5% or 5% NSR, depending on future production scale, with a US$500,000 buyback right. Phase-one mapping and geochemical work began in April 2026.
