Lighthouse Gold Inc., formerly Alerio Gold Corp., is a Canadian gold explorer focused on Guyana. It owns the Tassawini and Harpy mining-permit properties and the Purini prospecting-permit property, and holds a zero-earned three-year option over Aurora NW. Tassawini is its principal advanced-exploration asset, with extensive historical drilling and infrastructure, but its prior estimate is historical and not current. Lighthouse is also pursuing a proposed Mariwa/Sardine Hill acquisition that remained subject to a definitive agreement and approvals as of July 30, 2026. The company has no current mineral resource, economic study, reserve or production.
