Lifezone's flagship 84%-owned Kabanga project is a permitted 3.4 Mtpa underground mine and concentrator development with an 18-year reserve mine plan. The July 2025 feasibility study reports a US$1.579 billion after-tax NPV at 8%, 23.3% IRR and US$942 million pre-production capital.
