LFNT Resources Corp. is a Canadian precious- and base-metals explorer whose sole live mineral asset is an option to earn 100% of the early-stage Skyfire Property in British Columbia's Cariboo Mining Division. Skyfire hosts polymetallic silver-lead and orogenic-gold exploration targets but has no current mineral resource, economic study or production. LFNT terminated and fully impaired its former Sudbury option during fiscal 2024.
