Garfield Hills comprises 128 unpatented BLM mineral claims over 2,880 acres in the Walker Lane belt east of Hawthorne. Lexston paid for assignment of the option but earns 100% only after completing C$130,000 of cash and C$90,000 of share payments to the underlying optionors; no ownership percentage is currently vested. Phase-one soil and rock sampling and mapping were completed in February 2026, with results pending.
