Lexington Gold is an AIM-listed gold exploration and development company focused on a four-project South African portfolio and three principal projects in North and South Carolina. Its flagship Jelani JV contains a 6.02 Moz JORC 2012 Mineral Resource across the JV Area and Harmony-controlled Buffer Zone, with a mining-right application accepted for processing in May 2026. Lexington conditionally agreed to sell its 51% interests in JKL, Carolina Belle and Jennings-Pioneer to GoldOz but retains ownership until the transaction completes.
