Lepidico was an Australian lithium developer whose principal asset was an 80% interest in the Karibib lithium-caesium-tantalum project in Namibia and whose Phase 1 plan paired a Karibib mine and concentrator with a proposed chemical plant in Abu Dhabi. The Australian parent and five subsidiaries are in liquidation, their process intellectual property was sold to Cornish Lithium, and LPD was removed from the ASX official list in August 2025. A proposed sale of the Karibib holding company to ILC expired in February 2026, after which Lepidico Canada changed ownership.
