White Plains is 100%-owned through White Plains Corporation and comprises approximately 5,769 hectares in 717 staked placer claims after southern claims 682–731 were not renewed on 1 September 2026, plus exploration rights over approximately 2,340 hectares in nine Utah SITLA parcels with an option to enter a mineral lease agreement with exploitation rights. Geophysics identified an Upper Aquifer and a Deep Aquifer beginning near 200 metres. Historical shallow samples returned up to 100 mg/L lithium; 2026 direct-push drilling confirmed Upper Aquifer brines to 15 metres with lithium assays up to 114 mg/L. LE Minerals intends to define a maiden JORC Mineral Resource Estimate for the Upper Aquifer.
