Moran Lake comprised two licences totaling 1,877.3 hectares in Labrador's Central Mineral Belt and was wholly owned subject to a 1.5% NSR, of which 0.5% was buyable for C$500,000. Latitude completed the final uranium-price-linked vendor payment in February 2024. Its published estimate remained historical and was not a current mineral resource.
