Latitude Uranium Inc., formerly Labrador Uranium Inc., was a Canadian uranium explorer with the Angilak project in Nunavut and six Labrador exploration interests. ATHA Energy acquired 100% of Latitude on March 7, 2024 for 0.2769 ATHA share per LUR share, after which Latitude became a wholly owned subsidiary and LUR was delisted from the CSE. Angilak, Moran Lake and Anna Lake contain only historical estimates that Latitude explicitly did not treat as current mineral resources.
