The wholly owned Kuusamo Schist Belt Project in northern Finland contains the K1, K2 and K3 deposits and a current JORC gold-cobalt resource. Its September 2026 Scoping Study evaluates K1 open-pit mining transitioning underground and open pits at K2 and K3, feeding a 750,000-tonne-per-year gravity, CIL and flotation plant over a 7.5-year production target. The plant is planned on municipality-owned land near Kuusamo, about 48 km south of the mine, with municipal land-access and leasing discussions ongoing. Exploration permits cover K1-K3, but no development, construction or commissioning approvals are in place. EIA baseline work continues, and PFS progression is subject to ongoing funding.
