The Salinas Lithium Project comprises the Colina and Fog's Block spodumene deposits near Salinas in Minas Gerais. Latin Resources' May 2024 JORC statement reported a 77.7 Mt global resource grading 1.24% Li2O, while its September 2023 PEA described a two-phase open-pit and DMS development. Pilbara Minerals acquired the project in February 2025, renamed it the Colina Project and stated that further resource drilling, metallurgical testing, flowsheet refinement, infrastructure studies and permitting would precede a final investment decision.
