Latin Resources Limited is the former ASX-listed developer of the Salinas Lithium Project in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Pilbara Minerals acquired 100% of Latin Resources' shares and options on 4 February 2025, renamed the asset the Colina Project and became responsible for further studies, exploration and permitting. The final Latin Resources resource statement reported a 77.7 Mt global Mineral Resource grading 1.24% Li2O across Colina and Fog's Block. Latin Resources was removed from the ASX official list on 5 February 2025. Listing outcome: acquired by Pilbara Minerals Limited.
