Kula Gold Limited is an Australian gold and critical-minerals explorer that became a wholly owned subsidiary of Forrestania Resources Limited on 5 March 2026 after an all-scrip takeover and compulsory acquisition. Its retained assets include the Mt Palmer and Boomerang projects in Western Australia, Kirup, Brunswick and Lake Rebecca tenure, and a 75% interest in the Wozi Niobium Project in Malawi.
