Kubera Gold Corp. is a Canadian mineral explorer focused on its 100%-owned Dash Lake gold project in northwestern Ontario, subject to a 1.5% NSR. The 815-hectare greenstone-belt property has historical high-grade gold occurrences but no current mineral resource, reserve, economic study or production. Kubera was incorporated as Shafer Resources Corp. in 2018, changed its legal name in October 2023 and began trading on the TSX Venture Exchange as KBRA in March 2024.
