Kua Investments Inc. is a Canadian capital pool company with no commercial operations. It has agreed, subject to closing conditions, to acquire Placements Appalache Limitée and its exclusive mining rights to the Crête White high-purity quartz and silica property in Quebec as Kua's qualifying transaction. The transaction has not been announced as completed and Kua's shares remain halted.
