Bougouni is an operating open-pit lithium project in southern Mali. Its Stage 1 DMS plant entered commercial production in November 2025 and targets 125,000 tonnes per year of spodumene concentrate from Ngoualana. Kodal's 49% KMUK interest and KMUK's 65% holding in LMLB give Kodal an effective 31.85% economic interest. Stage 2 contemplates a 230,000-tonne-per-year flotation plant treating Boumou and Sogola-Baoulé.
