Kodal Minerals is an AIM-listed West African lithium producer whose principal asset is an effective 31.85% economic interest in the Bougouni Lithium Project in southern Mali. Kodal owns 49% of Kodal Mining UK Limited, which owns 65% of project company Les Mines de Lithium de Bougouni alongside Malian government entities. Bougouni reached commercial production in November 2025 and operates an open-pit mine and Stage 1 DMS plant targeting 125,000 tonnes of spodumene concentrate annually. Kodal also retains a 90% beneficial interest in the Fininko and Foutiere concessions of the Fatou Gold Project, subject to pending licence renewals and remaining earn-in terms.
