Under a June 2025 agreement with Aurelius Minerals, King can acquire 100% by paying C$125,000, already paid, and completing C$1.25 million of work over 24 months. Aurelius retains a 5% NSR, of which 1.25% may be purchased for C$5 million. A 2016 historical estimate is expressly non-current and is not inserted.
