QCM is an 8,729-hectare orogenic-gold exploration property covering roughly 15 kilometres of the Manson Fault Zone in the Manson-Germansen area of central British Columbia. Kestrel owns 100% subject to a 2% NSR royalty with a partial buydown right, while Centerra may earn 75% through staged cash payments and exploration commitments. The 2025 partner-funded program completed 9,110.5 metres of diamond drilling in 36 holes at Main Zone and 14 Vein, but no mineral resource or economic study has been declared.
