Nayega is a producing manganese mine owned by the Togolese state through STM. Keras transferred its knowledge, does not own or operate the mine, and receives 1.5% of gross revenue for three years as advisory fees plus 6% brokerage fees for the lesser of 3.5 years or 900,000 tonnes sold.
