Karora Resources Inc. was the successor name of Royal Nickel Corporation, formerly marketed as RNC Minerals. The company operated the Beta Hunt and Higginsville gold businesses in Western Australia under TSX:KRR before Westgold Resources Limited acquired 100% of its shares on August 1, 2024. Karora then ceased to be an independent listed issuer and its former operating assets became Westgold assets. The owned CSE:RNC shard label does not match the issuer's documented TSX symbols RNX and KRR.
