K2 Gold (USA) Inc. completed the purchase of the formerly optioned claims in December 2025 and now holds the project outright, subject to a 2% net-smelter-return royalty; 2026 drilling confirmed a broad gold-bearing hydrothermal system but did not establish a resource.
