McDermitt is a 100%-owned sediment-hosted lithium project on 13,606 acres of unpatented mining claims straddling Oregon and Nevada. The November 2024 PFS defined open-pit mining and a 63-year processing schedule using beneficiation, sulphuric-acid leaching, purification and lithium-carbonate precipitation. Its economic evaluation covers the first 40 full production years plus ramp-up and construction.
