Irving Resources Inc. is a Canadian junior explorer focused on epithermal gold-silver systems in Japan. Its principal wholly controlled Omu project in Hokkaido includes areas subject to a JX Advanced Metals farm-in, while Irving holds 27.5% interests in the Newmont- and Sumitomo-backed Yamagano and Noto joint venture. Irving also retains the Satsuma project in Kyushu. All current projects are at exploration stage with no published mineral resource, reserve, economic study or commercial production.
