The Lapon DMS plant is a 50/50 joint venture between Ironveld's Altona Processing subsidiary and Sable Platinum Holdings. Daemaneng funds and manages the plant, which entered sustained two-shift production during July 2026 but remains in throughput and recovery ramp-up toward its design rate.
