The consolidated BLM portfolio contains Iris's retained federal claims across the Black Hills, including the 87 claims acquired from Rapid Critical Metals. During FY26 the company reallocated multiple project claim groups into this portfolio and relinquished lower-priority claims to reduce holding costs.
