Viridion is a 50:50 joint venture between IonicRE and Viridis Mining and Minerals to develop rare-earth refining and magnet-recycling capability in Brazil. The venture has secured a 2,071 square-metre site at Pocos de Caldas and has supplied initial separated products to the Brazilian market. Documentation for planning approvals and discussions over Brazilian development funding were still under way in the March 2026 quarter. The originally targeted scoping study has not been published, so the project remains early-stage rather than PEA.
